The Ghana Police Service are offering a GHS15,000 bounty on the heads of the killers of investigative journalist Ahmed Hussein-Suale.

Ahmed Husein, who is a teammate of the award-winning investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, had undertaken several sting operations with the undercover Journalist.

He was gunned down by assailants on motorbike Wednesday night while in his car Wednesday night.

According to eyewitnesses, Ahmed was shot three times, twice in the chest and another in the neck.

The Homicide Unit of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) headquarters has taken over the matter.

The law enforcement body entreated the public to “volunteer information through the following police social media handles: Email: [email protected], Facebook: GhPoliceService, Twitter: @GhPoliceService, or call the police on telephone numbers: 0244623866, 0242814863 or toll-free numbers 18555 and 191”.
