New MC Algiers striker Joseph Esso has disclosed that he enjoyed his brief stint with his former side Dreams FC.

The former Hearts of Oak striker has joined Algerian side MC Algiers on a three year contract after passing his medical examination on Monday morning.

Esso who joins Dreams FC from Accra Hearts of Oak on a free transfer in August 2020 says he has a good time with the team that plays their league matches at Dawu.

He made this known while speaking to the media after his unveiling at his new Algerian club.

“I was enjoying my season with my former club scoring 11 goals out of 17 games, I think it’s a plus for me I think I was enjoying my stay with them” he told the clubs media.

The enterprising forward also expressed his delight for joining the Algerian outfit and is hoping to live up to the billing at the club.

“I’m happy to be in Mouloudia Club. It’s a very good club and the biggest in Algeria so I am very happy joining the club” he told the clubs media.

Esso was a member of the Black Stars B squad that finished runners up in the WAFU Zone B tournament in Senegal in 2019.

He was handed a call up to the Black Stars and was part of the squad that played against South Africa and Sao Tome and Principe this month in the AFCON qualifiers.
