Managing Director of Accra Hearts of Oak Vincent Odotei Sowah has revealed that he is not happy with the current state of the club.

The premier league side on Friday celebrated it 105 anniversary. The former premier league champions have failed win any major trophy in the last five years.

According to Mr. Odotei, the club is not happy with its current brand, but insists they have what it takes to turn the fortunes of the club around.

“As the acting managing Director, I would have been a lot happier if this club today was a club sustainably competitive and profitable and able to build capacity and build the kind of players we want and be able to compare our self to the great clubs in the world.”

“I don’t think as a brand, apart from the successes we have achieved, I must admit we are not happy with the state of the club,” he told Starr Sports.

“But I can assure you that we have what it takes to turn things around” he added.
