Hiplife musician,Aristo Jay noted with the hit song ‘Akanansa’has made an astonishing revelation that he is back into the Ghanaian music scene just to overthrow Guru,Sarkodie and Shatta Wale.

Kwesi Aboagye Rockson better known as Aristo jay,broke into the music scene in 1995 with his first hit single ‘”Akanansa”,”Odo Woa” in 1997 and ‘”Agoro” in 1998.

These songs could’ve easily won him numerous awards if there were any music awards scheme during those years.

He then released his first album that featured Praye Tietia,Ohene Ba Kissi,titled ‘Class one Teacher’ produced by Morris Baby Face and Sugar Tone in 2001.

After releasing those hit singles and the album,Aristo then went on a decade and half music break and currently back with songs titled ,Envy,Dada Ba,Sika Queen Isha and Go Down low’.

In an interview with razzonline.com , the good-old rapper stated that,he is currently back into the music scene in order to overthrow potential Ghana music Award winner,Guru, Sarkodie and the self-acclaimed dancehall king;Shatta Wale.

Divulging his motives for wanting to overthrow them,Aristo Jay emphasized that currently Guru,Sarkodie and Shatta Wale are the best musicians but he believes his musical talent far supersedes theirs hence he is back to be crowned king of Ghana music;

“Hahaha,ok,Guru,Sarkodie and Shatta Wale are doing so well.they are currently the best artistes,but am better than them.so if these guys are currently the reigning champions in Ghana,why don’t i come back ,overthrow them and reign as the new king of Ghnana music?

“so am back and trust me just two months after i have been crowned the new champion i will then take another decade break”,Aristo noted to razzonline.com with much humor

Aristo then thanked Reggie Rockstone,late Terry Bonchaka,Sydney,Obrafour,Lord Kenya,Tic Tac,Buk Bak,VIP,Samini,KK Fosu,Joe Frazier,Abrewa Nana etc for paving the way for the likes of Guru,Sarkodie,Shatta Wale and others.

He then advised the current musicians to always seek advise from the old musicians and do alot of collaborations with them to help sustain the music industry.
