Ghana has been dealt another injury blow even before we kick a ball against South Africa in the Afcon 2021 qualifier game in Cape Coast on Thursday.

The latest to fall victim to the injury curse is Real Mallorca full back Lumor Agbenyenu who has been ruled out of contention for Ghana's double header against South Africa and Sao Tome and Principe.

He becomes the fourth player to be ruled out of the two games due to injury concerns after Mubarak Wakaso, Harrison Afful and Mohammed Salisu have all been ruled out of the game due to injuries.

Kwasi Appiah has reportedly handed a late call up to Rizespor defender Josep Attamah Larweh as replacement for the injured Lumor Agbenyenu.

Ghana take on South Africa on Thursday 14th November 2019 at the Cape Coast stadium at 19:00hrs GMT before traveling to play minnows Sao Tome and Principe three days later.
