Dutch-born Ghanaian striker Myron Boadu is on the rather of German giants Bayern Munich as new coach Julian Nagelsmann is looking to refresh the squad when he join in the summer.

The young German tactician will leave RB Leipzig and succeed Hansi Flick in the summer at the Bavarian club.

According to reports two AZ Alkmaar players are on his radar with energetic and influential midfielder Teun Koopmeiners and Myron Boadu in his sight.

The incoming Bayern boss has also set his sights on AZ striker Myron Boadu. Known as something of a goal poacher, Boadu has notched 27 goals in 65 appearances for Alkmaar.

He has been identified by Nagelsmann as a target for Leipzig, but now wants him at Bayern. The thinking is that Boadu could be a long-term successor to Robert Lewandowski. The 20-year-old has one Holland cap to his name.

According to Fijaches, Nagelsmann has handed his new bosses at Bayern his three summer transfer wishes ahead of his move. Top of his wanted list is AZ Alkmaar’s much-coveted midfielder Teun Koopmeiners. The 23-year-old midfielder has caught the eye over the past couple of seasons after some inspired performances in the Eredivisie. Capable of playing as a No 8 or as a defensive midfielder, Koopmeiners recently earned his first senior cap for Holland.
