Before the game against Mali, four of their players tested positive for the virus and were sent home but the match went ahead.

Since then at least four players and official have tested positive for the virus with the latest being Kasim Nuhu Adams of German side TSG Hoffeinheim.

The club have announced that two of their players have tested positive for coronavirus without naming the players but one of them is Kasim Nuhu Adams.

Ghana played two friendly matches last week against Mali and then Qatar in Antalya, Turkey and Kasim Nuhu featured prominently in those games.

On his return to Germany after spending nearly a week with Ghana, his coronavirus test proved positive.

Kasim Nuhu who has been integral in the Hoffenheim team this season was not part of the match day squad on Saturday when they lost to Dortmund with a lone goal from Marco Reus.
