Former Asante Kotoko vice chairman Kennedy Agyepong survived a serious car accident on Wednesday at Bonsu on the Accra- Kumasi road.

Kenpong, as popular called, according to report, was on his way  to visit his father at Nkawkaw when the incident happened

Information gathered by ghanguardian.com indicates his BMW Z4 Sports car rammed into a Daewood salon car who drove onto his path on the highway at about 2:15pm, causing his car to veer off into a bush.

He was later rescued by onlookers and was quickly rushed to Accra for further medical check ups, after sustaining some minor wounds.

The business mogul worked as a vice Chairman to Herbert Mensa administration from 1999 to 2003, and has continue to  play a philanthropic role at the former African Champions.
