President and owner of Kumasi based King Faisal, Alhaji Gruzah is of the firm conviction that his side will escape relegation in the current season.

The Kumasi based side are currently marred in a relegation dog fight with result not improving despite the massive recruitment and the appointment of an expatriate coach.

King Faisal are currently 17th on the Ghana Premier League log with 22 points after 21 matches played.

Things look very grim for King Faisal as relegation seem a matter of time as results are not improving but a confident sounding Alhaji Gruzah says his side will stay in the league this season.

"King Faisal will surely remain in the Ghana Premier League at the end of the season,"  he told Kumasi based Angel FM.

King Faisal will host Karela United in the matchday 22 games at the Nana Ameyaw Park o Sunday.
