Representative of Asante Kotoko deputy skipper, Emmanuel Gyamfi says that his client is yet to sign a new contract with the club despite his deal close to expiring.

His agent Richard Oppong Ansong popularly referred to as Wadada in an interview with Light FM says that his client is ready to commit his future to the club but presently there is no contract from Kotoko.

Gyamfi has less than four weeks left in his contract as talks are ongoing for the winger to extend his stay.

He renewed his current contract by two years in June 2019 which will run out on May 31 this year.

Emmanuel Gyamfi has been blowing hot and cold for most part of the season and only had a couple of good games recently.

"The contract of my client Gyamfi will run out soon. He is a professional who loves the club at heart so if the management is convinced about his performance to present an extension, he is ready to commit his future to the Fabulous fraternity."
"Currently, there has not been any offer on our table regarding extension.

There have been couple of offers from some Ghanaian clubs and outsiders but he is a Kotoko player now." he said.
