KRIF Ghana Limited celebrated its valued customers and showcased world-class products at the KRIF Customer Awards and Product Exhibition – Quarter 3, 2025 held at the British Council Auditorium in Accra on Tuesday.
The event, which honored approximately 30 institutions and individuals for their loyalty over the company's 39-year journey, served as both a customer appreciation ceremony and a platform to display innovative office solutions from international partners.
Speaking at the ceremony, KRIF Ghana's Executive Chairman, Reverend Kennedy Okosun, reflected on the company's remarkable 39-year journey since its establishment in 1986.
"When a business stands for nearly four decades, people often ask: what is the secret? What keeps a company alive, relevant, and trusted for so long?" he said, addressing the distinguished gathering of customers, partners, and staff.

The Executive Chairman attributed the company's longevity to three fundamental pillars: an unwavering commitment to quality products, excellent customer service, and enduring partnerships.
A highlight of the event was the showcase of products from KRIF's key international partners, particularly DURABLE Hunke & Jochheim GmbH of Germany. The partnership with DURABLE, described as "a symbol of German excellence," has enabled KRIF to bring world-class filing systems, organization tools, and office solutions to the Ghanaian market.
KRIF Ghana also represents several other renowned international brands including OLYMPIA, HERLITZ, PELIKAN, FELLOWES, and UCHIDA, positioning itself as "a bridge into Ghana and Africa" for these global companies.

The company's diverse product portfolio includes money counting machines for speed and accuracy, security safes, laminators and binders for office productivity, and premium stationery solutions. According to the Executive Chairman, every product is "chosen for durability, reliability, and efficiency" under the company's principle of never selling anything they wouldn't proudly use themselves.
In appreciation of customer loyalty, KRIF offered a special 50% discount on all exhibition items between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. during the event. The Executive Chairman emphasized that customers are more than clients, describing them as "family" who have journeyed with the company over the years.
"Your loyalty has sustained us, your feedback has improved us, and your trust has motivated us to do more," he told the award recipients.
The Quarter 3 awards ceremony forms part of KRIF Ghana's preparation for a significant milestone - its 40th anniversary in 2026. The Executive Chairman expressed confidence that with continued customer support, partner excellence, and staff dedication, "the journey ahead will be even greater."
