Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah is a major injury concern for Kwesi Appiah ahead of Black Stars AFCON 2019 qualifier against the Harambee Stars of Kenya.
The 29 year old suffered a minor injury in the club's 2-2 draw with Torino last Sunday and was replaced in the 68th minute by Brazilian Dalbert Henrique.
According to reports in Italy, Asamoah took part in most of the training session on Friday and looks set to pass a late fitness test ahead of this weekend’s fixture.
It is also likely that manager Luciano Spalletti may not be willing to rush his summer acquisition back just yet.
The 29 year old could be ruled out of Ghana's AFCON 2019 qualifier against Kenya if he fails to feature in their serie A clash against Bologna on Sunday.
