Milan today completed their second session of the week in preparation for their upcoming match at the Marassi against Sampdoria. Krzysztof Piatek was the first player to rejoin the squad at Milanello after the recent international break.

The first stage of today’s training took place in the gym with a series of stretches and strength work. This was then followed by rondos and possession drills out on the raised pitch before the team then focused on technique and fitness. The day’s work concluded with a series of practice matches on a small-size pitch. As for the goalkeepers, they worked separately before joining back in for the training matches.

Tomorrow’s schedule will see the team train at 11:00 CET.
