The Black Maidens skipper Mukarama Abdulai on Tuesaday received a heros' welcome at the palace of Yaa Naa Mahama as she presented her FIFA Awards to the the overlord of the Dagbon Kingdom.

The teen star, a native of the Dagbon Kingdom, officially presented her global trophies she won at the 2018 women's world Cup to the new Dogbon King.

A colorful ceremony at the King’s palace saw Mukarama hand over her trophies to the traditional governing machinery in the Dagbon land.

The football jewel won the golden boot and bronze ball at the 2018 Fifa Under-17 Women’s World Cup in Uruguay.

Mukarama’s quick feet has since won her several individual awards including the 2019 female footballer of the year at the Ghana Football Awards.

The goal scoring machine enjoyed one of her most remarkable 12 months with several recognitions going her way both home and abroad.
