Red hot Ashantigold winger Yaw Annor has credited his  coach Thomas Duah for his rich goal scoring form.

The former Bechem United winger scored four goals against Berekum Chelsea on Sunday in the Ghana Premier League as the miners won 5-1 in the  match day 27 clash.

Ashgold's Yaw Annor is heavily breathing down the neck of Kotoko's Cameroonian striker Frank  Mbella.

Speaking  in an interview with Precise FM, the winger  credited his coach Thomas Duah for helping him  score  more goals.

“It isn't easy scoring four goals in a single game but it has been by the constant practice of goalscoring after every training section and the impact of my coach, he told me to score because Mbella had scored a day before in Sogakope against WAFA" he said.

On Sunday May 1, 2022, the miners pummeled Berekum Chelsea in their match day 27 clash with the former Bechem United winger scoring four times on the day.

The four goals he scored has now jumped him to 16 goals with just two goals shy of catching Kotoko's Frank Mbella who has 18 goals with seven matches to end the campaign.

Yaw Annor also scored a hattrick earlier in the season when his side defeated WAFA 6-0 at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium.
