In a brief ceremony held in the morning the affable Sare man was introduced to the former Minister, who once held a sway in the John Mahama Administration.
Speaking during the gathering, the Kir Zakaria Bayire underscored the need to formally come to his presence.
"We are here today for such an important meeting due to your importance as our leader," he said.
"Exactly five days ago we were blessed with another Chief of Bissas for those in the Bortiano Community.
"It is a plus to the Bissa fraternity and we brought him to officially introduce him to you for your blessings."
Kir Suallah Sare was coronated at the Ali Dabre Palace on Saturday 22nd of May, and Thursday's visit marked his first since his investiture.

Going to see Dr Mustapha, who also served as the Minister of State in the Office of the President in charge of Development Authorities, was one of two important visits made on the day.
He holds the position of the of "Bal Kir/ Bal Naa (Prime Minister) of the Bissas in Ghana and wields a great power within the fraternity.
Addressing the gathering Dr Mustapha who is the retired Army Officer, urged the Bissa leadership to work hard in consolidating the "Zekula" agenda.
"Holding a leadership position we all know is not easy," he said.
"Picking a leadership mantle is accompanied with lots of challenges. People will say a lot of negative things about you and we know about that.
"But it is up to us (the leaders) to sweep that under the carpet an deliver. At this stage all we need to do as leaders is to work hard in consolidating the zekula agenda, which has brought us this far."
They dignitaries also discussed issues that bothers on the education and development of the Bissa youth.
Kir Suallah Saeed Sare's ascension to the seat of leadership of New Bortiano comes at the back of exceptional leadership role as the "Sandaona" of the Zongo Chief of the community.

He was accompanied by Greater Accra Bissa Imam Hassan Nombre, the Bissa Chief of Nyanyano Zakari Bayire, Chief of Darkuman Abdul Razak Omar Bambara, Chief Samadulugu of Shukura and Mansur Dabre, who is his special aide.
Others include protocol Officer Mahmud Bansi, Tanko Abdul Malik Guerm and Alhaji Issaka Nombre , who are the the deputy secretary and Organiser of the Bissa Development Association, respectively.
