Life has never been the same for Ghanaian winger Nana Opoku Ampomah ever since he decided to move on from Belgian Jupiler Pro side Waasland Beveren to German Bundesliga side Fortuna Dusseldorf in the summer of 2019.

Surviving in the German Bundesliga was very tough for Nana Opoku Ampomah since his decision to leave his old stomping grounds in Belgium.

After spending two seasons with Fortuna Dusseldorf, one in the Bundesliga and another in the Bundesliga two, Nana Ampomah made a return to Belgian club Royal Antwerp but has struggled to replicate the success he had at Waasland Beveren at his new club.

The player wants out of Royal Antwerp and an escape route to Egypt maybe on the cards as newly-promoted Egyptian Premier League club Pharco FC have shown interest in signing midfielder

Royal Antwerp signed the winger on loan for two seasons from German side Fortuna Dusseldorf but are resigned to losing the player as he clear does not figure in their plans going forward.

The Ghanaian winger has so far failed to make a single appearance for Royal Antwerp this campaign as he presently trains with the team's B side.

Ampomah's options are limited with the closure of the European transfer window but can depart to Africa or the Gulf region if he so wishes.
