Bechem United have been given the all clear after all their players tested negative for coronavirus during the latest test conducted last wee.

This was confirmed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the club Prof Nana Kwasi Darlington in an interview.

'No positive result was recorded from our test ,we have since resumed training but with 4 more players to join. We are preparing seriously for the league'' Prof Kwasi Darling told Oyerepa FM

With the restrictions on football lifted by the President Nana Addo last week, club's have started undertaking coronavirus test in order to begin training for the next season.

There has been no football in the country since March this year due to the coronavirus pandemic that forced the GFA to truncate the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season.

The league will resume in  November  as announced by the Ghana Football Association.

"The Nations flagship competition, the Ghana Premier League is expected to kick start from Friday, November 13, 2020. While, the Division One League kicks off on December 3, 2020. The Women’s Premier League is set to kick off on January 2, 2021." the GFA announced.
