Accra Hearts of oak's Head coach Frank Nutall is expected to arrive on Thursday to take charge of the team ahead of their week 21 clash with Bechem United, after a short trip to Scotland.

The scottish sought permission from his employers to  visit his family as the league went on  break after their last league clash with Ashanti Gold in Accra.

He was not in charge of the team when they travelled to Kumasi for the 2017 president cup, which they lost 1-4 on penalties.

Nutall faced a barrage of criticism after his team's 0-1 lost to Ashgold in the last match played at the Accra sports stadium, which has seen their title hopes suffered a setback.

The Phobians have been  inconsistencies in the 2nd round, having lost twice to WAFA and Ashgold, drawing with liberty at home and winning against Bolga United and Elmina sharks.

However, coach Nutall insists he knows "the quality of his team" and therefore expects his boys to always "respond positively" after every setback.

The Phobians will play as guest of Bechem United whom they beat 4-2 in the first round, a match with which talisman Winful Cobbinah made a claim to fame.

He was involved with 3 of the goals scored on that day and his return from the Black Star trip will offer Coach Nutall more option to select the men for the Bechem encounter, as it remains uncertain for midfielder Leonard Tawia to make the trip after he sustained injury in the match against Kotoko.
