Accra Hearts of Oak director of communications Kwame Opare Addo has hinted that some of Hearts management and squad may soon find their Phobian careers over.

The Accra based club released four players over the weekend for poor performance.

Opare says everybody in the club have been warned to lift up performance to meet the club's expectations.

"ones you're a worker of Hearts of Oak, whether you're a player or a technical person, we all have to lift our professional standards up to meet the level that is expected so that we can move the club up and everybody is very much aware of this," he said.

"We had a meeting, everybody was told we had to lift our professional standards up so that we can move the club forward as we all accepted." Opare told Kumasi based Luv FM.

Hearts have amassed 15 points from 13 games of the season - a tally which leaves them 10th in the table with a game in hand.
