Ghanaian winger Osman Buakri has been voted for as the player of the Week in the Slovakian top flight.

The 20 year old Ghanaian winger has been in blistering form for his club side Trencin having scored twice in their last three league games.

His rich goal-scoring form started in their league game against Ruzomberok which ended in a 2-2 stalemate with the Ghanaian firmly among the goals.

The goals kept coming in their next game against Slovakian giants MSK Zilina where he scored the second goal when they inflicted a three nil thrashing on them.

Bukari should have been part of the Black Meteors team currently toiling in Egypt but his club AS Trencin declined the invitation since it did not fall within the Fifa calendar.

It is no surprise the former Accra Lions winger has been voted for as the best player in the Slovakian league for the week.

The Ghanaian winger has made 15 appearances for his team AS Trencin in the league scoring 3 times two of which came the last few weeks while providing 4 assists.
