Ghanaian forward Patrick Twumasi scored his fifth league goal of the season in a thrilling 3-3 draw between Beitar Jerusalem and Hapoel Jerusalem in the Jerusalem derby at the Teddy Stadium on Sunday night.

The match saw a dramatic start, with Hapoel's Cedric Franck Don putting them ahead just five minutes in.

Beitar quickly equalized through Russian defender Grigori Morozov, and the back-and-forth continued as Don scored again in the 32nd minute to give Hapoel the lead.

However, Beitar responded just three minutes later with Israel international Yarden Shua leveling the score.

Twumasi's moment came in the 72nd minute, when he put Beitar in front for the first time in the match.

However, Hapoel managed to level the score again in the 83rd minute thanks to midfielder Awaka Eshata, who was assisted by Ivorian defender Eloge Yao.

Twumasi was substituted in the 85th minute, having played a crucial role in his team’s attacking efforts.

The former Black Stars attacker now has five goals and an assist in 10 appearances in the Israeli Premier League this season.
