Pius Enam Hadzide hails Akufo-Addo over fight against corruption

Deputy Minister of Information, Pius Enam Hadzide has praised President Akufo-Addo for how best he has fought corruption so far.
Even though they have not won the battle yet, he believes there has been a massive improvement compared to the previous administration.
Pius was reacting to a recent ranking on corruption by Transparency International. Ghana ranked 80 out of 180 countries and territories on the 2019 Global Corruption Perception Index (CPI).
Speaking to this on Peace FM morning show ‘Kokrokoo’, Pius Enam Hadzide “believes the president is doing well in the fight against corruption…we are not just bragging…once an allegation is made, he sets up a commission to investigate and most of these allegations turn out to be unfounded so as far as we are concerned, we are doing well…that doesn’t mean we have arrived though”
