PUBG Mobile on Saturday said it has fixed the glitch that blocked users from playing the game for longer hours. The bug which surfaced a couple of days ago showed users a “Healthy Gaming System” error and blocked them from playing the game for the next 24 hours.
Apart from the time limit bug, PUBG Mobile has also fixed issues related to the payment systems.
“Dear Players, Basis feedback from the community, we have now changed the Birthday Crate. The Healthy Gameplay System error has also been fixed, and you should be able to play uninterrupted. Lastly, payment systems are back up and running. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience,” said the company in a tweet.
PUBG Mobile’s “Healthy Gaming System” error had triggered speculation that the company was imposing time limit on playing the addictive game in the wake of growing demands of ban in India. In some cities, the game has already been banned.
PUBG Mobile has drawn flak for being addictive and adversely affecting student. It has also been criticised for affecting behaviour, conduct and language of children. The gaming company said it is working to find a reasonable solution.

“PUBG Mobile is a game. It is meant merely for entertainment and should be enjoyed in a healthy and responsible manner. In consonance with our endeavor to continue promoting responsible gaming experience, we are working on the introduction of a healthy gameplay system in India to promote balanced, responsible gaming, including limiting play time for under-aged players,” said the company after ban in some cities.
“We were thus surprised to learn that local authorities in a few cities have decided to impose a ban on playing our game. We are working to understand the legal basis of such bans, and hope we can have a constructive dialogue with relevant authorities to explain our objectives and that they withdraw the prohibition. To PUBG Mobile players, we want to assure you that we are on your side and we will try our best to find a reasonable solution,” it added.
