Sammy Gyamfi refers to Akufo-Addo as a "visionless leader"
4th December 2018
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has descended on President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, tagging him a visionless and inept leader in a statement signed by Sammy Gyamfi.
In the statement dated December 4, the NDC stated that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government has paraded itself as ‘useful’ before the Ghanaian populace through deception and sham.
On the Greater Accra Regional tour to be embarked on by Akufo-Addo to inspect some 10 listed ‘major’ ongoing projects, the NDC said it was prudent that government duly acknowledges its predecessors roles.
Meanwhile, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, has called on those aspiring to lead the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to pay the amount requested by the party.
Speaking on Adom TV’s show, Badwam, he argued that those willing to lead the nation as president should display their revenue mobilization skills.
He went on to say that most of the NDC aspirants are being hypocritical, as they can easily raise the required GHC420,000 filing fee.
So far, eight presidential hopefuls of the NDC have formed an alliance to demand the reduction of filing fees.
