Samsung recently introduced two smartphones under the new Galaxy M-series - Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20. The company is now set to launch the smartphones in Indonesia. As per the country’s two e-commerce websites, JD.id and Lazada.co.id, Samsung Galaxy M series will be announced on February 14.
A teaser on one of the websites lists Samsung Galaxy M20 with 5000mAh battery, confirming its arrival in the country. However, it is unclear whether the company will bring Galaxy M10 as well. Notably, the teaser does not mention prices. But it is expected that the smartphones will be priced similar to the Indian prices.
Samsung Galaxy M10 : Price and specifications
Samsung Galaxy M10 comes in two RAM variants - 2GB and 3GB. Both the variants are priced at Rs 7,990 and Rs 8,990, respectively. The smartphone comes with a 6.2-inch HD+ Infinity V display and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo based Samsung Experience UI 9.5 operating system.
Storage options include 16GB and 32GB which are expandable with up to 512GB with microSD card support. It is powered by 1.6GHz octa-core Exynos 7870 processor and is backed by a 3400mAh battery. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
As far as the camera is concerned, the smartphone offers a 5MP front camera for selfies. There is a dual camera setup at the back comprising of 13MP primary sensor and 5MP secondary sensor.
Samsung Galaxy M20 : Price and specifications
Samsung Galaxy M20 comes with a starting price of Rs 10,990. The smartphone runs on Samsung Experience 9.5 UI based on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system. It offers a 6.3-inch Full HD+ Infinity-V display and is powered by 1.8GHz octa-core Exynos 7904 processor.
Samsung Galaxy M20 comes in two variants - 3GB and 4GB paired with 32GB and 64GB internal storage. The handset houses a massive 5000 mAh battery and comes with 3x faster charge support. For selfie, it offers a 8MP camera.
Dual-lens camera setup at the back consists of 13MP primary sensor with f/1.9 aperture and a 5MP secondary sensor with f/2.2 aperture and 120-degrees ultra-wide angle lens.
