Sassuolo CEO Giovanni Carnevali has issued a hands off warning to Serie A giants AC Milan over midfield duo Stefano Sensi and Alfred Duncan.

The rossoneri are in desperate need for a midfielder in the ongoing winter transfer window and have been heavily linked with a move for Sensi and neroverdi star Alfred Duncan.

Ghanaguardian.com understands that Milan made a fresh attempt to enquire about the duo, but Sassuolo have pegged their approach back as they are not willing to sell key players in January.

Giovanni Carnevali  spoke to Sky Sport about the Neroverdi jewels followed by AC Milan, the midfielders Stefano Sensi and Alfred Duncan: "AC Milan on Sensi? The player has had requests from other Italian and foreign clubs, our will is to not give up our best players. In January we do not sell anyone, Duncan stays with us"

Duncan is seen as an important part of Roberto de Zerbi's side and many see him as an irreplaceable part of the side. While they could part ways with the player for a fee around 20 million euros, Milan see that fee as a hinderance and won't pay that much.
