Stonebwoy fans tell Shatta Wale to stop begging Glo for offers
17th October 2018
A fan base group for dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy have taken a dig at Shatta Wale in an Instagram post Tuesday.
Without mentioning names, the group ‘Stonebwoynews’ sought to advise a “big artiste” to stop begging for endorsement deals on social media.
Shatta Wale on Sunday posted on Twitter begging Nigeria’s Multinational Telecommunication Network, Glo, to sign him on.
But in a post on Instagram, the fan page for Stonebwoy said Shatta Wale should add real value to himself and do proper music, then he will get good offers from Glo.
“If you add value to your life, great deals will chase you. You won't use Twitter to beg Glo for offers like 'Alumi' did yesterday.
“A Big artiste like 'Alumi' shouldn't be begging for endorsement deals on social media. Stop comparing a 'jama' singer to a musician. #Facts 27th October is coming. Ashaiman to the world concert."
Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale have been at loggerheads for years leading fans from both camps to engage in endless arguments on social media.
