Captain of Wa All Stars Hafiz Adams has revealed that his side's main target is to finish in the "money zone" when the team plays in the CAF Champion's League next season.

According to the talismanic player, the current Ghana league champions will fight for a place in the money zone of the competition where they will earn money from the competition as well as a top four finish in the GHPL next season.

The Wa-based team will be hoping to leave an indelible mark on the African scene after becoming the first club from the three northern region in Ghana (Upper West, Upper East and Northern regions) to win the Ghanaian top tier league.

"Our target is to end the season in a respectable position. Definitely our main target will be in the top four and in Africa our target is to finish in the money zone so we are not going to let that target fall off"

"We will really make sure we achieve it" he emphasised.

He also expressed his satisfaction at his side's display in the G6 Tournament despite not making any impact in the tournament asserting that the coach used the tournament to assess the new players.

"Nobody should write off Wa All Stars because of the G6 Tournament. My coaches used the tournament to assess the new coming players. We are ready for next season and Africa and those are our targets.

He called for football fans to expect a lot from his club next season.

"They should expect much from Wa All Stars because last season nobody thought Wa All Stars would be champions but we ended up winning the league so they should still expect something from us"

Wa All Stars will honor their CAF Champions League matches at the Tamale Sports Stadium next season.
