In an exciting turn of events, the UEFA Champions League Group B will witness a showdown between two Ghanaian players.

After a considerable hiatus from Europe's premier club competition, English side Arsenal finds themselves paired with French outfit RC Lens.

This intriguing matchup means that two Black Stars players, namely Thomas Partey and Abdul Samed Salis, will find themselves on opposing sides as their respective clubs go head-to-head.

Abdul Samed Salis, the midfielder for RC Lens, is currently recuperating from an ankle injury but is anticipated to mark his debut appearance in the Champions League when his team faces off against Arsenal.

The commencement of the group stage is scheduled for September 19, setting the stage for an intense face-off between Arsenal, led by Partey, and RC Lens, represented by Salis.

Football enthusiasts can look forward to witnessing this Ghanaian clash on the grand stage of the UEFA Champions League.
