Former Minister for Youth and Sports under the J.A Kuffour regime, Mallam Yussif Issah has launched a scathing  out at all the  aspirants of the upcoming Ghana Football Association Presidential elections with the exception of the only female Amanda Clinton.

According to the former Sports Minister all the aspirants with the exception of Amanda Clinton are apparatchiks of the erstwhile GFA president Kwasi Nyantakyi and have nothing new to offfer.

Speaking in an interview with Kumasi based Akoma Fm,he claims all those aspirants are appendages of the old regime which he has often referred to as a 'mafia' or cabal.

"I'm telling you that all those contesting are old palm-wines in new bottles so notwithstanding their manifesto I still think that we need a new blood.

For me I'm looking for new faces It there were new faces but all of them are old wines in new bottles" he affirmed.

Asked whether he wanted some freshness or a new face entirely he answered in the affirmative.

"That is what I would have preferred all of them have been in the system.Anytime I come out I say this GFA they behave like a mafia a cabal set up and all these people who are competing trying to contest to be there belong to the old system." he stressed.
