TOO LATE: Juliet Ibrahim responds to ex beau's public apology

Sultry Ghanaian actress, Juliet Ibrahim has said the public apology of her former lover, Nigerian rapper Iceberg Slim came too late.
The mother of one who indicated that she was appreciative of his efforts to finally come clear stated that she hopes it helps him heal.
Juliet and her Nigerian partner in the early days flaunted their relationship on social media to the admiration of many showbiz fanatics.
But the relationship hit the rocks before anyone could catch a glimpse.
At the time of their break up, no reason was given despite the several subliminals they fired at each other on social media.
Nigerian rapper, Icebergslim surprised social media users when he finally tendered a public apology to Juliet Ibrahim almost one year after they broke up.
In response, Juliet Ibrahim who is currently on a media tour to promote her first memoir in an interview on AccraFM on Wednesday, 14 August 2019 said: “First of all, I think it’s [apology] coming too late. I appreciate the fact that he’s apologising and clearing the air because I remember when it started everybody was attacking me. I have no idea why they will always choose to attack the woman when a breakup happens, but that was life; I went through it, I was strong enough to ignore all the negative comments and negative remarks made on me. I’m just glad and I know he’s a very good person, so, for him to do this, I pray it helps him with the healing he talked about and I’m glad he came out to say it for everybody to know what happened.”
