Ghana Premier League side King Faisal Footballl Club have parted ways with veteran midfielder Daniel Nii Adjei less than a year after joining the club.

The former Asante Kotoko midfielder, who joined the club at the beginning of the 2019/ 2020 season will not be part of the club this season after he requested for the club to terminate his contract.

Nii Adjei featured in eight games for the Insha Allah boys making one assist in the process.

The former Asante Kotoko and TP Mazembe midfielder is free to join any club of choice ahead of the 2020/2021 season but it remains unclear whether or not he will join any team.

The Ghanaian top flight League is set to restart in November this year after a nine-months break due to the covid-19 pandemic.

King Faisal have returned to pre-season training in Kumasi, getting ready for the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League season.
