Head coach of Aduana FC, Cioaba Aristica, has vowed his side will continue to push for a strong finish in the Ghana Premier League despite their latest setback.
The Dormaa-based club suffered a defeat to Berekum Chelsea in their Week 28 encounter on Sunday, a result that has further highlighted concerns over the team’s inconsistency this season.
Speaking after the match, Aristica did not hide his frustration, pointing to fluctuating performances as a key issue affecting his side’s progress.
“This is the problem we are facing. We have not been consistent. The players sometimes play very well in one or two games, but after that, they fail to play well in the next game,” he said.
Despite the disappointment, the coach took full responsibility for the result and reaffirmed his commitment to improving the team’s performances in the remaining fixtures.
“I’m not happy with this, but this is my responsibility, and I take the responsibility. We will continue fighting to finish in a good position on the league table,” he added.
Aduana now turn their attention to a crucial Week 29 clash against league leaders Bibiani Gold Stars, where they will be aiming to bounce back and regain momentum.
With the season entering its final stretch, Aristica’s side faces increasing pressure to deliver consistent results as they seek to climb the table and end the campaign on a positive note.
