In a post on his social media page, Rahman thanked all who honoured his invitation to the party.
"My heart swelled with pride as I looked out over the sea of enthusiastic supporters decorated in NPP colours, dancing joyfully and revelling in the excitement of the moment," Rahman stated during his speech at the unity get-together party marked by merrymaking.
"Your show of support demonstrates the fervour and dedication of Ayawaso East residents to continue our progress and development."
The event, held at Kanda Highway, gave supporters a chance to come together in unity and enjoy merrymaking as a show of their solidarity.
Also in attendance were constituency executives, the council of patrons, and the MCE of Aywaso East Hajia Salma Sani Mohammed Adams Kuta, whose participation underscored the importance and inclusiveness of the event.

The parliamentary hopeful stressed that in order to succeed in the upcoming elections, party unity and solidarity will be indispensable.
"I took the opportunity at the event to emphasise how critical party unity and togetherness will be as we approach the December 2024 elections. I called on all present to commit to collaboration, tolerance, and mutual support. Together, we will succeed," he remarked.
As the election nears, Rahman made an appeal for harmony and a joint effort across the party.
"As we move forward to the 2024 elections, I call on all of us to unite as one strong NPP family for Ayawaso East and Ghana. I urge all to put aside any differences and work together in harmony to secure victory," he said.
Rahman pledged to bring people together through more community events in the coming months.
"I promise to organise many more energetic and merry-making events to engage with all of my constituents," he announced.
The candidate closed by expressing his gratitude and commitment as the NPP leader in Ayawaso East.
"This event highlights the spirit of togetherness and optimism that will lead us to victory in the upcoming elections. I am honoured and humbled to be the parliamentary candidate and leader of the party in the Ayawaso East Constituency."
After winning the contentious NPP parliamentary primary on December 2nd, Rahman now faces the challenge of unseating the incumbent MP, Hon. Naser Toure Mahama, in the December 2024 elections.
