Basake Holy Stars coach Abdulai Gazale expresses concern over strikers' goal drought

Basake Holy Stars head coach Abdulai Gazale has admitted his growing concern over his team's inability to convert chances into goals in the ongoing Ghana Premier League.
Gazale’s frustrations deepened after his side suffered a 2-1 home defeat to Medeama SC on Sunday at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park.
Despite dominating possession and creating opportunities, Holy Stars have struggled to finish their chances, which has left the coach worried.
“If you are able to possess the ball from the back, break through and you are not able to finish, it should be something worrying,” Gazale explained.
"For almost two weeks, I have been working on my attackers, but I am worried that they are not converting the chances into goals."
Holy Stars currently sit 12th on the league table with just 4 points from four matches, and their lack of clinical finishing up front is becoming a serious issue for the coach.
Gazale's side will look to improve in their next fixture when they face Vision FC on MatchDay 5 of the Ghana Premier League, scheduled for Saturday, October 5, at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex in Tema New Town.
