Afrobeat superstar Burna Boy has shared intimate details about his spiritual journey, disclosing that he converted from Christianity to Islam after years of personal reflection and exploration.

“Of course, because that’s what your parents believe and that’s what you were born into,” Burna Boy said. “Growing up, I was a Christian and then I converted to Islam. It’s like I’ve studied it all, but I’m still out here trying to find out what is really going on, you know?”

Despite his conversion, Burna Boy admitted that his spiritual journey remains ongoing, as he continues to grapple with questions about faith and divine truth.

“The more I research, the more confused I get,” he confessed.
