Former Black Stars midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu has expressed strong belief in Mohammed Kudus' potential to become one of the greatest footballers in Africa.
In a recent interview with Flashscore, Badu praised Kudus for his impressive performances and predicted a bright future filled with opportunities at big clubs.
Kudus, who developed his skills at the Right to Dream Academy and made a mark at FC Nordsjaelland, transitioned to AFC Ajax, where he gained further recognition.
His talent and determination led to a significant move to West Ham United in the summer of 2023. In his debut season in the Premier League, Kudus has already made a name for himself, scoring 14 goals and providing 6 assists across all competitions, quickly becoming a fan favorite in East London.
Badu noted, “Being young, he will learn from this experience and improve. Gradually, we will see him progress and potentially join some of the greatest clubs in the world.”
He emphasized that Kudus has the qualities to reach new heights in his career, stating, “I truly believe he will become one of the greatest players to emerge from Africa.”
With two goals and an assist this season, Kudus is keen to build on his early success as he continues to develop his game.
Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu himself has a rich history with the Black Stars, having made 78 appearances and being a crucial member of the 2009 squad that won both the Africa Youth Championship and the FIFA U-20 World Cup.
His insights and predictions for Kudus add to the excitement surrounding the young star's career.
