FIFA appoints Egyptian referees for Zambia vs. Ghana Olympic games qualifier

FIFA has entrusted Egyptian referees with officiating the crucial Olympic Games qualifier between Zambia and Ghana.

Shahenda Saad Ali Emghrabi will serve as the center referee for the match. Assisting Emghrabi will be Abdelfattah Yara Atef Said as Assistant I, Hassan Ali Mahmoud as Assistant II, and Samir Hamed El-Sayed Noura as the fourth official.

Nyekanyeka Martha from Malawi has been appointed as the referee assessor, while Ngitu Somoe Robert from Tanzania will serve as the Match Commissioner.

The match is set to take place at the Levy Mwanawasa Sports Stadium in Ndola on Wednesday, February 28, 2024.
