Kudus Mohammed attempted to spoil Manchester City's celebrations with an incredible bicycle kick goal from a corner, marking his 8th goal in the Premier League and 18th goal in all competition for the season.

However, it wasn't enough to prevent the champions from securing a 3-1 victory and becoming the first team to win the English league title four seasons in a row.

With City needing a win to secure the title and fend off Arsenal, who were two points behind with a better goal difference, Phil Foden gave Pep Guardiola’s side an early lead just two minutes into the match.

The England star doubled City's advantage before halftime.

Although Kudus Mohammed pulled one back with his spectacular effort, City's midfielder Rodri restored their two-goal cushion with a precise shot from the edge of the area in the 59th minute.

City survived a late scare when West Ham had a second goal ruled out by VAR for handball. Despite this, their victory was never seriously in doubt.

This win capped off an extraordinary unbeaten run of 19 wins and four draws since their last league defeat to Aston Villa on December 6.

City have now won six out of the past seven Premier League titles. Last season, they joined Huddersfield, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester United (twice) in winning the top flight three years in a row.

Guardiola’s team has now achieved a feat unprecedented since the English league's inception in 1888, 136 years ago.

On May 25, they will aim to become the first side to complete the domestic Double in successive seasons when they face Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley.
