George Boateng

‎The former Aston Villa youth coach has overseen a disciplined and tactically sound campaign, with his side now sitting top of the promotion play-off standings and firmly on course for a return to the Belgian second tier.

‎A highlight of their recent performances came in a dramatic 4–3 victory over RFC Meux, underlining the attacking edge and resilience Boateng has instilled in the team.

‎Having transitioned from international coaching and scouting into club management, Boateng’s impact in Belgium has drawn increasing attention. With a three-year contract in place, his long-term objective remains clear: to restore RAEC Mons to the higher levels of Belgian football.

‎The nomination adds to growing recognition of his work, as he continues to build momentum in his managerial career.
