Former Hearts of Oak management member and ex-Supporters’ Chief Aziz Haruna Futa has called on the club’s leadership to fully back head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani with a long-term development plan, suggesting a minimum six-year project to restore the Phobians’ dominance.

Speaking to Sporty FM, Futa emphasized the need for patience, structure, and continuity, praising Dramani’s early impact since replacing Aboubakar Ouattara at the start of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.

“Didi Dramani is not a bad coach. He needs time and a project… whether six years or more, so the coach can work,” Futa stated.

Despite last weekend’s 1–0 defeat to Asante Kotoko, Hearts have shown resilience and tactical growth, with Dramani guiding the team to just one loss in nine outings.
