Medeama SC midfielder Salim Adams has expressed his delight after playing a decisive role in his side’s 2-0 win over Eleven Wonders in the Ghana Premier League.

‎Adams delivered a standout performance on Friday, scoring a stunning long-range effort to help secure all three points and end Medeama’s six-match winless run. His display earned him the Man of the Match award.

‎Speaking after the game, the former Hearts of Oak player said the result brought relief to the team, although he admitted they could have done more to satisfy their supporters.

“As players, we are all happy that finally we are back to winning ways. We should have scored more, especially after not winning for a long time. So, the fans have every right to be disappointed,” Adams said.

The victory not only restores confidence within the squad but also boosts Medeama’s position in the title race as the season enters its final stretch.

Adams is expected to remain a key figure for the Tarkwa-based side as they push to clinch the league title.
