Attram de Visser Academy midfielder Hafiz Ibrahim has expressed his strong desire to join Asante Kotoko, revealing that the only thing standing between him and a move is an agreement between the two clubs regarding the transfer fee.

The 19-year-old's future has been the subject of significant speculation, with reports linking him to Kotoko as the club looks to bolster its squad during the January transfer window, which is now officially open.

Ibrahim, whose impressive performances have earned him a call-up to represent Ghana's home-based national team, the Black Galaxies, in their CHAN playoff games against Nigeria, emphasized his lifelong ambition to play for Kotoko.

“I’m more than willing to play for Asante Kotoko, as it’s been a lifelong dream of mine,” Ibrahim stated, as quoted by ghanasportspage.com. “Wearing the iconic Asante Kotoko jersey would be a dream come true."

However, the midfielder made it clear that since he is under contract with Attram de Visser, it is crucial for Kotoko to reach an agreement with his current club.

Once that is settled, Ibrahim is eager to make the move to the Porcupine Warriors.
