Former Ghana U-20 player Bright Addae says he is hoping Kumasi Asante Kotoko will on Sunday beat Accra Hearts of Oak in the Ghana Premier League clash.

Hearts will host their fierce rivals Asante Kotoko in their Ghana Premier League match day 31 tie at the Accra Sports Stadium.

With four matches to end the season there is still very little to separate the top two sides with Hearts of Oak leading the Ghana Premier League table with superior goal difference.

The match is seen by many as the tie breaker with a lot a stake for any of the teams that end up losing on the day.

Bright Addae who played for defunct Wa All Stars now turned Legon Cities says he hopes his beloved Kotoko wins the match.

“I will advise the fans to come with clear minds and not to misbehave on the day.

“I wish Kotoko wins on that day,” Addae told Hot FM.

Bright Addae is however nurturing a dream of playing for Kotoko before he calls time on his career.

“I will want to play for Asante Kotoko for maybe a season after my stay abroad. He concluded.

The 28-year-old now plies his trade in Romania for Hermannstadt and had a long career playing in the lower ranks in Italy having stayed  five-years with ASCOLI Calcio where he became the first Ghanaian to captain the side.

He last played for Juve Stabia of Italy prior to joining Hermannstadt.

He was a member of Ghana’s 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup-winning squad in Egypt.
