English-born Ghanaian defender Kevin Lokko found the back of the net, but Maidenhead United still succumbed to a 3-1 defeat against Yeovil Town at Huish Park.

Lokko, who played the entire match, scored an equalizer in the 27th minute, heading in a precise cross from Sam Barratt.

This marked his fourth goal of the season, highlighting the 28-year-old's significant contributions in both defensive and attacking roles.

Despite Lokko's effort, Yeovil Town quickly regained control of the match. Aaron Jarvis opened the scoring for the hosts in the 11th minute and doubled their lead shortly after halftime in the 52nd minute with a powerful finish.

Charlie Cooper added a third goal for Yeovil in the 63rd minute, sealing their victory and ending a winless streak against Maidenhead, who had previously won three of their last seven encounters.

While Lokko’s goal underscores his consistency, Maidenhead United will need to regroup and focus on improving their position in the National League standings.
