Mayniak Sportswear hit Cameroon with Louves Minproff deal
8th March 2019
Two years after capturing the attention of Ghanaian football fans with their unique set for jersey designs, Mayniak sportswear has extended their operations on to the continental stage.
In a bid to meet the growing demand for quality kits for Ghanaian clubs, Mayniak sportswear embarked on a project that saw them produce kits of great value to two Ghana Premier League teams – Aduana Stars and Liberty Professionals.
The lovely nature of the jersey and its distinctiveness made Mayniak the talk of town with several Ghanaians expressing admiration for the kits.
In an interview with AfricaNews, the CEO of Mayniak, Rashid Zakari noted that what sets his firm apart from other kits manufacturing firms on the continent is their commitment to producing kits which are specially made for the African market.
“Our products are specifically meant for the African market. Which is quite different from the fabrics other brands use in making kits for the African weather. We also put offers on the table and plan with respective clients from the word go. With that, output is always mutual”.
Two years on, the company has recorded another breakthrough in its quest to become Africa’s leading kit manufacturing firm.
The company yesterday announced that it had sealed a deal with Louves Minproff of Cameroon to become their kit manufacturer.
Mayniak, as indicated in the one-year deal is expected to manufacture kits for the Cameroonian Premier League side.
The deal was brokered by Parlons Foots Media Company.
