Osman Bukari completes transfer to Belgium side Gent

Ghanaian winger Osman Bukari has completed his transfer to Belgium Pro League side Gent in the ongoing summer transfer window.

He joins on a three year contract after passing his medical examination.

The winger joins the Belgian side from Slovakian giants Trencin where he excelled.

Bukari had attracted interest from a lot of clubs across Europe with the likes of Galatasaray, Monaco, Parma ,Sporting Lisbon, Benfica all monitoring the player but he spurned all overtures to join Gent.

It was not strange to see why a raft of clubs were queuing for his signature as he was undoubtedly the best attacker in the Slovakian league winning eight man of the match awards.

As if that was not enough he scored an impressive 11 goals while providing 15 assists in 30 matches for Trencin in the Slovakian league.

He made a total of 66 appearances for the Slovakian side scoring 16 goals while providing 25 assists.

Osman Bukari joined Trencin from lower tier side Accra Lions in 2018.
