His appointment follows the new skill-building and training capacity targeted by the International Kickboxing Federation-Ghana (IKF) for their athletes.

Patrick will not only head the International Kickboxing Federation (IKF) in Ghana but also Africa, where he is expected to manage the health of athletes and their diets across all combatant sports, including boxing.

As part of his duties, he will engage stakeholders on areas of marketing, computer proficiency, analyzing patient data, monitoring patients' vital signs, knowledge of regulatory practices, CPR and First Aid, and proficiency in safe patient care.

He will also extend his training to the mother body on communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, professionalism, creativity, conflict management, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking as part of expanding the Federation in the healthcare environment.

The Physician Assistant will ensure that athletes across all disciplines are well taken care of when it comes to their health and diet to match the international level for championships.
