Tudu Mighty Jet loses appeal against Player Status Committee ruling

Division one League side Tudu Mighty Jets have been ordered to pay amount of $16, 672.50 to division two side Cheetah FC in respect of the payment of 30% of the transfer fees of Player Philimon Kwasaa Tawiah to German club Paderborn 07.

The Accra based club appealed against the Player Status Committee's earlier decision which directed them to pay an amount of $19, 950 to Cheetah FC from the transfer fees.

However, in a ruling released by the Ghana Football Association on Friday, the football governing body’s  Appeal Committee dismissed that Appeal and varied the orders with respect to the amount to be paid.
